Gypsum is an Italian company with 40 years of experience in the construction industry which manufactures plaster, laminated polystyrene and high-performance concrete products to create architectural and industrial design elements.

With the Pigmenti collection, designed by Marco Merendi and Diego Vencato, Gypsum introduces its first collection of high-performance concrete tiles with unique characteristics. This project shows the concrete through a new visual language. The result is a delicate material, whose softness is disclosed by a surface with a velvet-like tactile sensation.

Colours blend with concrete to form an organic and gentle relationship. This characteristic, together with the thinness of the finish, changes the traditional perception of roughness to give concrete a feeling of preciousness.

The collection includes 12 colours, connected with one another in a harmonious relationship, and 10 different sizes: from the ‘architectural’ series, designed to create a dialogue between horizontal and vertical surfaces in architecture, to the ‘miniature’ series, made of refined and highly aesthetic details.

Pigmenti is a collection suitable for any type of use: from the interior spaces of a house, a restaurant or an office, to the outdoor spaces of a terrace, a garden or a swimming pool.
